Hi! My name is Sagesse! I'm an engineering graduate, certified life coach, and online course creator! After years of struggling with stress, burnout, self-esteem issues, and many other symptoms of living a life that was not in line with my true desires, I knew there had to be a better way to live!     I am not a mental health professional. I do however have a background in science and engineering, which means I am great with research, problem-solving, and making connections with different ideas. On top of this, I have also overcome many different types of anxieties and fears on my own. I have built a unique yet well-researched and highly effective approach to overcoming anxiety.

  • Is this a substitute for therapy?

    No. However, it is a great way to start incorporating anxiety-reducing techniques into your daily life. If you have milder anxiety, this may be a great way to stop it or keep it at bay.

  • How long will the course take me?

    It varies. If you were to do all the modules in one sitting, it would take you roughly two hours. This however doesn’t take into account the time spent working through the Anxiety Workbook, the Self-Care Guide, as well as connecting with other students in the Facebook support group. It can be as intensive or as leisurely as you’d like it to be – it’s designed to be custom-fit to suit your needs!

  • What do I need to take this course?

    You just need an internet connection and a PDF viewer! You can view it on your computer, tablet/ipad, and even your phone!

  • Is my payment information safe?
