I am not a mental health professional. I do however have a background in science and engineering, which means I am great with research, problem-solving, and making connections with different ideas. On top of this, I have also overcome many different types of anxieties and fears on my own. I have built a unique yet well-researched and highly effective approach to overcoming anxiety.
No. However, it is a great way to start incorporating anxiety-reducing techniques into your daily life. If you have milder anxiety, this may be a great way to stop it or keep it at bay.
It varies. If you were to do all the modules in one sitting, it would take you roughly two hours. This however doesn’t take into account the time spent working through the Anxiety Workbook, the Self-Care Guide, as well as connecting with other students in the Facebook support group. It can be as intensive or as leisurely as you’d like it to be – it’s designed to be custom-fit to suit your needs!
You just need an internet connection and a PDF viewer! You can view it on your computer, tablet/ipad, and even your phone!
