  • How will the video lessons be delivered?

    The video lessons will be added to this platform (for which you'll make an account) at the beginning of the week (the time will be announced beforehand). There may also be an option to join live through Facebook or Zoom! (Details to come soon)

  • What will the group sessions be like?

    There will be a total of four group sessions to be delivered over Zoom in weeks 2-5 at an agreed-upon time by the group. I will do my best to accommodate everyone's schedules, but they will likely be on a weeknight after 5pm EST. I do ask that everyone be flexible as we determine the time together. The sessions will typically include a visualization exercise, questions to discuss with a partner, time to answer questions, and 1-2 "hot seat" sessions (where I coach one person in front of the group) if time allows. They will be roughly 1-2 hours in duration.

  • How much time will I expect to dedicate to this course?

    Anywhere from 90 mins-3 hours/week. Here is a little breakdown. Be prepared to reserve at least an hour a week for private coaching or group coaching (group coaching could last up to two hours). The video lessons each week will range from 15 mins - 30 mins, and there will be journaling and visualization exercises that you can do each day for around 10 mins, but that's up to you!

  • What can I expect from a private coaching session?

    Private coaching sessions are so wonderful! You drive the session, so be prepared to come with what you want to work on, and what you would like to achieve by the end of our 60 min session! I am there to support you, ask you powerful questions to provoke insight and self-awareness, and to help to find the clarity you need towards your goals!

  • When should I expect to see results?

    I don't want to be one of those people who promise instant results, but it is likely that you will start to see a shift in your thinking very quickly! This may not lead to instant results, but if you apply all of the methods in the course that feel aligned to you and your goals, you should see a great shift in your life, whether it's now, in a few months from now, or what have you! All of our journeys are different and can take varying amounts of time (I make it a priority to develop a sense of self-compassion throughout this process), but taking the steps now to make change is the best thing you can do!

  • What is your refund policy?

    Since there is so much private and group coaching time, I can't give refunds on time already spent. Investing in yourself requires commitment, so I also think that it's a benefit to you to not have the option to back out. That being said, I do not want people in my program who are not benefitting from it (although I highly doubt that will be the case). In the rare event that you really do not feel like what I am offering is aligned with what you need, I will absolutely offer a prorated refund (I cannot refund for the time I have already dedicated to you, but you will receive a refund for anything after the week that you stop attending)
