Sagesse Deane

Hi! My name is Sagesse! I'm an engineering graduate, certified life coach, and online course creator! After years of struggling with stress, burnout, self-esteem issues, and many other symptoms of living a life that was not in line with my true desires, I knew there had to be a better way to live! I dedicated myself to understanding the mind and engineering my life so that I could live my best life possible! My life is still a work in progress (as is everyone's!), but I've learned so many helpful lessons, philosophies, and skills so far that I love sharing with others! And with the knowledge that everyone's life is very different, I use my coaching skills to guide my trainings, so that it's a more personal experience. I design my trainings to be less about "teaching" and more about guiding you to where you want to be.
